They are very fast so if you're hungry and you want Pho, this was probably the fastest service I ever received. From time of order to food received was about 10 minutes. The food was good and they give you all the sides you would need for Pho, but my biggest complaint is that the noodles were still in a cold lump when it got to me. The broth was either not hot enough or just not enough broth to really warm up the noodles completely. The meats were precooked and the beef was a little tougher than what I was use to.

I maybe am giving this restaurant more than it's due...but i've been on a long dry spell of good viet food, and at this point, I can be forgiving of small details. I've tried some of the other popular viet places in FSM based on yelpers' reviews....all 3 of them?...and I've stumbled on some pretty disappointing Viet meals. I grew up here, but our family eats at home only. Asian mentality. It was extremely rare to go out, so I don't know what was considered a good viet restaurant in town...that's actually an oxymoron. Anyways, since my father has been single for a long time, he's since developed an idea of the city's restaurant scene. So when he rec'd Pho Hoang, I took him here for Father's day. dad had the pho, I had the rice with pork chop and pork skin, and hubs had the mi xao dong (fried noodles to a crispy nest topped with lots of veggies and protein). Dad's pho was huge and the broth I tried was tasty. My dish was good. the meat had the right amount of char, the rice was done perfectly, the nuoc mam was properly flavorful and SPICY bird chili was given when asked. I judge a viet restaurant by the nuoc mam. If they dumb it down for western taste buds (oft the case in the Midwest where I live) then it's not legit. If I wanted to be picky...well, you'd get two chops for about the same price. I got one, but was given so little pork skin, that it was more of a seasoning. Not a good value compared to the alternative. My hubby's dish was very respectable...tons of veggies and protein. We both agreed though that their use of a slightly larger cut egg noodle gave the dish and overall oiler taste since the noodle absorbed more grease. Overall, this is leagues better than other restaurants in FSM. The menu is the usual suspects of pho, mi, hu tieu, broken rice, and a smattering of chinese dishes. Stick with the viet stuff. Their specialties are pho, bun bo hue, and broken rice. Don't hesitate on ordering the avocado smoothie; not overly sweet. This is the only viet restaurant I'll eat at in FSM when I visit now.

Being an experienced pho-a-holic I have to say the quality of the pho broth, being the most important thing, I have to say I'm spoiled on quality stock and this was not the case at Pho Hoang. I was also disappointed in the noodles. I feel like the noodles should be just the right consistency and these were not done to my liking. Now as I mentioned previously I am spoiled, I have been living in Calgary for the past years with phenomenal Vietnamese food, therefore my standards are high. My boyfriend had one of the other soups, and he liked it, which is why I have given 2 stars, alone with the Pho I would have given 1. The service left a lot to be desired, the waitress stopped by more than one time to ask me if she had taken our order yet. Seriously?

Love this place, great food! The pork and shrimp vermicelli bowl and spring rolls are what I usually get at this place...delicious!

The pho & boba teas here are delicious!! The only thing bad I have had from here is their spring rolls, other than that they have a really good menu. Definitely one of my stops when I'm in town.

I usually eat here weekly or biweekly alternating between the chicken and pork vermicelli bowls. It's always fresh and very good. Their crab wontons are usually perfect!

Biggest negative is that the prices are pretty steep for noodle and rice-based Vietnamese food. They certainly get strong margins on their sales. Nonetheless, the food is very good and pretty authentic in my experience. Excellent fresh spring rolls with peanut sauce. Good pho, solid fried rice and egg rolls; along with tasty vermicelli dishes. If you don't mind splurging, try the bubble tea... it has a great flavor. But around ~$3.50 it is a little hard to justify. Service is usually efficient, relatively friendly, and accommodating.

I have been to dozens of Pho restaurants and I have to say this one wasn't near as good as the reviews have said. The broth was way saltier than I have had in the past, and the eye of round has a ton of fat left on it. The floors were really dirty and I could see a ton of garbage in the kitchen laying on the floor. Not good, but the price is decent and the service was fast. The guy who ran the cash register was nice. I will not be back.

Pho Hoang is one of the best viet pho restaurants I've ever tried, by far the best in Fort Smith. The service is always good and the restaurant is clean, unlike other Pho restaurants I've been to. I usually order egg rolls to start and they are always crispy and delicious. My favorite dish is the B.42, I order extra fish sauce and it never disappoints! The hot tea is a must in the colder months.

I used to eat at this place ALL the time! I live out of town so whenever I come in I always eat here before I leave. The place is rather small and the bathrooms arent the best but the food makes up for everything. I order fried rice (typical of anyone who goesin not knowing what to order) or 99 % of the time a small bowl B43. The broth in their soups dont taste "out of a can" like several other places Ive tried. For drinks the bubble tea, limeade, and thai tea are my favorites. If I am extra hungry I order spring roles- such a fresh taste! If you are running short on time call in an order! The owner is very nice and does a swell job of running this business.

Seriously? I adore this place. Amazing food. The pho is great. The spring rolls are great. Any of the grilled meats are great, whether it's on noodles or rice. Yummy mint and sprouts and basil and lime. I heart Vietnamese food. I think the service is awesome. This is my favorite pho place in Fort Smith.

After having eaten pho and/or egg noodle soup at various Vietnamese restaurants in Fort Smith, Pho Hoang is hands down my favorite. The pho is flavorful and the portion is perfect. Other dishes I have tried are the crab wontons, egg noodle soup (another favorite), grilled meat dishes with both rice and vermicelli, and bubble tea drinks. Everything is delicious! Service is good. Although when it's busy, it can be difficult to get seated since they usually have to clean a table for you first.

Food is excellent, but the store is dirty, floors are covered with food and napkins left over from other customers. Makes you wonder what the kitchen looks like...

Best authentic and fresh Vietnamese food in the Fort Smith area. I eat here about once a week or twice if I'm lucky. Crab wontons, spring rolls, and fried egg rolls are best appetizers because they're freshly made to order. You can't go wrong with any of their dishes on the menu. All good food!

Really good Pho, clean, but the dudes that worked there were not very nice. Its like they think they were the shit, because they work in a Pho diner, Go figure?
